City Library provides a vibrant cultural hub for the local Melbourne community. It offers its users a chance to experience a range of artistic practices including art in the Gallery @ City Library on Level 1 as well as moving image works as part of the City Library Projections program in the Foyer of City Library and six glass display niches on the ground floor.
